Refund policy
Mason Jar Money, LLC takes great pride in the quality of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement. If within 72 hours of receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will automatically refund your order minus a 20% restocking fee. If you would like for us to resend the order, you will be sent an invoice for shipping. Questions? We can help.
We cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged intently. No claims will be accepted more than 14 days after the receipt of your purchase, or if the product shows any evidence of prior use or alteration.
